【摘要】:Theresultsofthistestmethodcanbeusedtoevaluatethepickleweight-loss(massloss)characteristicsofagivenlotofsheetsteelindilutesulfuricacidsolution,andmayenabletheenamelprocessortoselectapicklingtimethatwillprovidesatisfactoryporcelainenamelbond.Theresultsofthistestmethodcanbeusedtoevaluatetheeffectivenessoftheenamelprocessorrsquo;pretreatmentsysteminpreparingthesteelforporcelainenameling,andmayaidtheprocessorinobtainingsatisfactoryporcelainenamelbond.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheevaluationoftheweight-loss(massloss)characteristicsofsheetsteelinsulfuricacidsolution.1.2Thistestmethodprovidesmeansofratingtheeffectivenessofin-plantpretreatmentacidsolutionsinpreparingsteelsurfacesforporcelainenameling.1.3Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesinparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressthesafetyproblemsassociatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
