【摘要】:Differentialscanningcalorimetryprovidesarapidtestmethodfordeterminingchangesinspecificheatcapacityinahomogeneousmaterialordomain.Theglasstransitionismanifestedasastepchangeinspecificheatcapacity.Foramorphousandsemi-crystallinematerialsthedeterminationoftheglasstransitiontemperaturemayleadtoimportantinformationabouttheirthermalhistory,processingconditions,stabilityofphases,andprogressofchemicalreactions.Thistestmethodisusefulforresearch,qualitycontrol,andspecificationacceptance.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheassignmentoftheglasstransitiontemperatures(Tg)ofmaterialsusingdifferentialscanningcalorimetry.1.2Thistestmethodisapplicabletoamorphousmaterials,includingthermosetsorsemicrystalinematerialscontainingamorphousregions,thatarestableanddonotundergodecompositionorsublimationintheglasstransitionregion.1.3Thenormaloperatingtemperaturerangeisfromx2013;120to500x00B0;C.Thetemperaturerangemaybeextended,dependingupontheinstrumentationused.1.4Computerorelectronic-basedinstruments,techniques,ordatatreatmentequivalenttothistestmethodmayalsobeused.Note18212;Usersofthistestmethodareexpresslyadvisedthatallsuchinstrumentsortechniquesmaynotbeequivalent.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtodeterminethenecessaryequivalencypriortouse.1.5ISO11357x2013;2isequivalenttothistestmethod.1.6ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.7Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
