【摘要】:1Thisdocumentappliesto—printingmachinesforprintingonpaperandsimilarmaterials,includingscreenprintingpresses;equipmentusedinthepreparationoftheprintingprocessandadditionalequipmentonprintingmachinesarealsoconsideredtobeprintingmachines.Thisstandardalsocoversmachineryusedforthehandlingofpaper,products,printingformesandinks(beforeandaftertheprintingprocess)aswellasmachineryforcleaningprintingformesandcheckingtheprintquality(auxiliaryprintingmachinery).—paperconvertingmachines,i.e.machinestoprocess,convertorfinishpaper,boardandsimilarmaterialswhichareprocessed,convertedorfinishedinasimilarmanner.NOTESimilarsubstratesare,forexample,board,corrugatedboard,plasticfilm,aluminiumfoil,sheetmetalandphotographicpaper.2Thisdocumentdealswithallcommonsignificanthazardsrelevanttoprintingandpaperconvertingmachinerywhentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeclause4).ThispartofthestandarddefinesthecommonsafetyrequirementsforallkindsofprintingandpaperconvertingmachinesandrelatedcommondevicesandshallbeusedinconnectionwithanotherpartoftheEN1010series.ThespecificrequirementsspecifiedinPart2andfollowingpartsofEN1010takeprecedenceovertherespectiverequirementsinEN1010-1.NOTEInaddition,whereamachineisnotcoveredbyaspecificpartofthisstandard,Part1ofEN1010maybeusedtoestablishtheapproachfordealingwiththerelevantrisks.3ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletoprintingandpaperconvertingmachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.4Thisdocumentdoesnotapplyto:—winder-slittersandsheetersinpaperfinishing(sheeterswithunwinders)(seeEN1034-1:2000,EN1034-3:2000,prEN1034-5:2001);—office-typecollatingmachinesequippedwithfrictionfeeders;—mailprocessingmachines;—machinesusedforfillingpackages(suchasmachinesforshaping,filling,andclosingthepackage),—textileprintingpresses
