【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddefinesasimplifiedandreliablecheckprocedureofthemechanicalcouplingdevicesbetweenlighttrailers,andtowingvehicles,coveredbyISO3853andEuropeanregulation(94/20/CE),whichspecifyadynamictestofmechanicalresistanceattheconclusionofwhichthesedevicesshouldpresentneitherfractures,splits,cracks,norvisibleexternaldeteriorationscausedbythetest.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoallthecomponentsofthemechanicalcouplingdeviceswhosefailurecancausethefractureoftheattachment,manufacturedoutofsteel,forgedsteelorcaststeel(i.e.generallyinferromagneticmaterials).Inthecaseofuseofothermaterials,themanufacturerwillchecktheircompatibilitywiththemethodsofnondestructivetesting.
